Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rein Hero mobile application and related services (the “App”), operated by Iron Skull Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully.

By creating an account or using Rein Hero, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rein Hero. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Rein Hero offers a subscription for access to its features, priced at $5 per month unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Except where required by law or the applicable app store’s policies, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the App, its servers, or other users’ accounts.
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the App except as permitted by law.
Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the courses, shows, results, and other content you create in Rein Hero. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the App and to provide the features you use, including sharing content with people you choose. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

6. Our Intellectual Property

The Rein Hero name, logo, designs, software, and all related materials are owned by Iron Skull Studios and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information within it is accurate. Course plans, stride counts, and schedules are aids only and do not replace your own judgment or that of a qualified trainer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Skull Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of Rein Hero after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Iron Skull Studios operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
